Online classes are recorded. By joining the class, you are consenting to this recording, including audio-visual recording of the student and the environment around the student in the range of your webcam and microphone.
All recordings are made for training and supervision purposes only. The Literature Program will not share recordings with third parties for any reason except as necessary to conduct class. The Literature Program will never sell recordings of class for any reason. By joining this class session, you are consenting to these terms. If you do not consent to the recording, please call 1-800-903-1231 to discuss your concerns prior to the start of the class session, or do not join the session. You may also review the Terms of Service and Privacy Statement for Zoom, the provider of the technology for this class session.
8. Site Terms of Use Modifications
